Description
Enjoy a unique and exclusive experience guiding you through the production process from vine to wine. The visit begins in front of our vineyards, where you will be welcomed by one of our experts who will introduce you to the Chianti Classico area, and the history of the Estate. The experience will continue with the tour of our wine cellar, where the vinification and wine ageing processes take place. At the end of the tour, your host will guide you through a private tasting featuring a selection of 5 wines selected from the Casa Emma portfolio, and our Extra-Virgin Olive Oil and Balsamic Aspretto which will be served with Tuscan bread and artisan cheese.
WINE TASTING WITH LUNCH

This is our most complete experience, tailored to those who want to dive deep into the flavors of the Tuscan local cuisine in the splendid setting of our vineyards. The tour begins with a visit of the Estate, to discover the Chianti Classico area, the history of the family, and the various winemaking and wine-aging processes. At the end of the tour, your personal host will guide you through a private tasting featuring a selection of 5 wines selected from our portfolio, our Extra-Virgin Olive Oil, and our Balsamic Vinegar. Everything will be paired with 3 courses, prepared following a seasonal menu and based on Organic Raw Materials (Vegetarian, Vegan and Gluten-Free options are available upon request).

Do you want to improve your Italian cooking skills and have fun at the same time? Well, this is the perfect experience for you!
As soon as you arrive, one of our wine experts, will guide you through a tour of the estate and the wine cellar. At the end of the visit, you will meet our Chef who will teach you how to prepare
homemade pasta, pizza, ice cream or other typical recipes of the Tuscan tradition. (We are available to satisfy your requests!) At the end of the preparation, you will be served with 6 wines from our portfolio, our Extra-Virgin Olive Oil and Balsamic Vinegar, and experience the delicious dishes prepared with our Chef. All recipes are prepared using organic raw materials, carefully elected by our Chef. For this experience we will provide you with all the necessary gadgets, including a branded apron. In addition, as a reminder of this special experience, you will receive the recipes you have prepared with us.
